 By bike

Via the bicycle network (https://www.vlaanderen-fietsland.be/nl/routeplanner) you can map out a beautiful route in the direction of Meise Botanic Garden.

Junctions 40 and 41 are situated near the Botanic Garden. There is a bicycle shed at the entrance. 

Arriving by bus

You can reach us easily using the De Lijn bus network. Lines 250 (Brussels-North-Puurs) and 251 (Brussels-North-Malderen) stop right in front of the main entrance (stop ‘Plantentuin Meise’).

On weekdays there is a bus connection every half hour, during weekends every hour. Plan your route here: (https://www.delijn.be/nl/)

Arriving by train

Take the train to Brussel-Noord or Londerzeel station.

Go to NMBS for the most recent travel information.

At the station, take bus 250 or 251, which will take you to the main entrance of the Botanic Garden. For more information go to www.delijn.be.

Good to know: with the ticket "Brupass XL" you can travel in and around Brussels with one single ticket that is valid for all 4 public transport companies (MIVB-STIB, NMBS-SNCB, TEC en De Lijn). Ideal if you want to reach Meise by public transport from Brussels.

By car

Meise Botanic Garden is situated along the A12 (Brussels-Antwerp). Take exit 3 Meise.

There is free parking along the estate and in the vicinity.

Coach parking

Coach drivers leave the groups at the main entrance and park the coach in the car parks along the Nieuwelaan beyond the centre of Meise.

International visitors

From Brussels Airport we can be reached by a direct De Lijn bus connection (Zaventem-Merchtem line 821).

If you arrive by international train into Brussels-Midi, first take the train to Brussels-North where you will then take a direct bus connection (Lines 250 or 251) to the main entrance of the Botanic Garden.
