Take a break at the Oranjerie Bar
Fancy a breather in the middle of your exploration of the Botanical Gardens? Settle down on the charming terrace of the Oranjerie Bar. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the view with a nice drink in hand.
Whether you fancy a steaming cup of coffee, a refreshing cold drink or a festive cocktail, our menu has something for everyone. For those feeling peckish, there are delicious snacks to make your break complete. You are very welcome at the Oranjerie Bar from 11 am until 5:30 pm during:
- Every weekend
- Public holidays
- Flemish school holidays (excluding the Christmas holidays)
Picnicking
The Botanic Garden is the ideal place for a picnic. Bring your picnic blanket and lie down on the grass. Or use one of the tables in the separate picnic area in the courtyard of the Pachthof (also covered) or in the Culinary Garden (open air only). Always respect your surroundings and the other visitors and take your rubbish back with you.
