Meise Botanic Garden changes into a magical fairy-tale forest for six winter evenings. Walk through the enchanting lit domain and experience the beauty of the Botanic Garden in a grand manner. Enjoy a never-to-be-forgotten evening. An audio-visual spectacle with surprising animations along the way, live music and a wonderful winter village with food trucks on the former farmstead ‘Pachthof’ await you.
Where can I buy tickets?

Purchase tickets online or at the ticket office of Meise Botanic Garden.
First choose the day you wish to visit the WinterFloridylle. Then pick a time-lock. This way long queues at the entrance are avoided.
You can enter the entire hour of your chosen time-lock. Once inside, you can easily take your time to finish the trail. We only close at 11:00 pm.
Entrance fee adults : 7 €.
Children under the age of 6 are welcome for free at the WinterFloridylle.
Residents of Meise, holders of an annual ticket (Friend of the Botanic Garden and Four Seasons Card), seniors, students and children up to the age of 17 receive a discount. We ask you to show a valid identity card, student card or annual ticket at the entrance.
MuseumPassMusées, Brussels Card, Teachers Card or other discount cards do not apply during this event.
Pay attention, if there are no more tickets available for a certain time-lock, it is also not possible anymore to buy tickets for that time-lock at the ticket office the night itself! Always check the website.
What to wear?
You want to enjoy the enchanting scenery. Take into account that the soil of the park can be muddy. Walking shoes or rubber boots and warm clothes are therefore recommended. Also a pocket torch can be handy.
How long is the walk?
The walking tour is about 2 kilometres long. You choose your own pace. Easily take your time to fully experience the magical atmosphere.
Meise Botanic Garden closes its gates for the day visitors as usually at 5:00 pm. From 5:30 pm onwards the gates open again for the WinterFloridylle. You can only enter through the Main Entrance (Nieuwelaan 38).
Both the trail and the wonderful winter village are open from 5:30 pm till 11:00 pm. We use time-locks to make your walk as pleasant as possible. The last time-lock starts at 8:30 pm. You can enter the Botanic Garden during the entire hour of your chosen time-lock.
At the end of your walk you can enjoy a drink or have a bite to eat in our wonderful winter village with food trucks at the former farmstead ‘Pachthof’ from 5:00 pm till 11:00 pm.
Is the trail accessible for everyone?
Yes, for all, for romantic walkers, groups of friends, families…
The whole trail is extremely suitable for children and accessible for wheelchair users. You also go through the Plant Palace.
How to keep it pleasant for everyone?
Please help us to keep the Botanic Garden clean. Do you still have rubbish? Throw it in the dustbins or take it with you. Do not touch the light installations and do not move any crush barriers or signposts. Everyone after you also wants to enjoy the depicted trail.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not allowed in the Botanic Garden, with the exception of guide dogs.
Can tickets be exchanged?
Tickets can neither be revoked, paid out, replaced nor extended.

How to reach Meise Botanic Garden?
Do you want to arrive completely relaxed in the Botanic Garden?
Take your bike, the bus, the train or come by foot. Or carpool with some friends. The number of parking places in the surroundings of the Botanic Garden is limited.
Visitors with a parking card for people with disabilities can park on the 2 reserved parking places near the Main Entrance, Nieuwelaan 38.
The bike parking is placed inside the domain, nearby the Main Entrance.
From Brussels-North train station, line 250 or 251, bus stop Plantentuin Meise. Plan your route here.
Take the train to Brussels-North or Londerzeel. You can find up-to-date travel information here.
At Brussels-North station, take bus 250 or 251: this will take you to just in front of the Main Entrance of the Botanic Garden. On weekdays, there is a bus connection every 30 minutes. More info via www.delijn.be.
Meise Botanic Garden is located along the A12 (Brussels-Antwerp). Take exit 3 Meise and follow the signs to Plantentuin Meise.
Limited parking space is available along the domain.
